If you are looking for a motivator, someone you can ask anything about training and races; then you found your match! I would be honered to share my experiences with you in order to help you achieve your goals!

Since 2016 I guide a group of triathletes with trainings programs. I work with various packages, that mainly differ in the number of contact, and thus evaluation, moments. That means that with each package you can expect a customised trainings program that is created with care for your personal situation.  

In consultation with you and with the feedback of the previous weeks by hand, we will build up your weekly or monthly program. Of course we will keep your agenda, therefor the amount of hours you can (and want to) make, in mind when doing so!

 “After starting triathlon with a 1/8 race 2 years ago, I found it time to find someone who could help me with my journey towards a half-distance triathlon. Last year I started with Evert’s programs. After some talking we agreed on 6 training sessions per week next to my full-time job. We have regularly discussed my progress and whether I had small local races coming up that he had to keep in mind. Last year I finished the half-distance triathlon in more than an hour less than expected. We are now busy working towards the next goal. I feel stronger almost every week. The programs have a lot of variaty while still having a touch of predictability, with for instance, 1 long endurance training and 1 interval training per discipline. For me this works best. No strings attached, do you not like my style, are you getting too tired? Or not tired enough? Then you can decide to quit at any point. In case I contact you too much, you can always choose a cheaper package… Unless you like me to message you more! Then we upgrade to a faster package. 

Fun Fact: you will receive your program every month/week directly in Trainingpeaks, which will allow both me and you to analyze your results well.
